Double V

Double V-belts, also known as hexagonal V-belts, are designed with a V-profile on both sides, allowing them to transmit power from both the top and bottom surfaces.
This unique construction makes them ideal for serpentine drives, reverse bends, and multi-pulley systems where power must be transferred in more than one direction. Double V-belts provide smooth operation, balanced load distribution, and reliable performance in demanding applications.

Banded V

Banded V-belts consist of two or more individual V-belts permanently joined together by a strong, flexible backing.


This construction provides increased lateral rigidity and stability, preventing belt turnover, twisting, and vibration in high-shock or heavy-load applications. Banded V-belts are ideal for drives where single belts may fail due to misalignment, pulsating loads, or harsh operating conditions.
