Founded in 1997, Toyopower operates manufacturing facilities across Malaysia, Taiwan, China, and Thailand. With a strong regional presence and global reach, we have established ourselves as a reliable producer of power transmission belts, supported by corporate offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, India, Mexico, and Kenya.
Our current production capacity exceeds 3.5 million belts per month. We continue to invest in capacity expansion to meet growing demand from our markets and distribution partners.
All facilities are equipped with automated production lines and governed by strict quality control systems. This ensures consistent output, process efficiency, and product reliability.

Tier 1
In-Process Quality Control
Conducted during manufacturing to maintain process consistency:
- Rigorous checks on raw materials to ensure uniform input quality
- Continuous evaluation of work-in-progress (WIP) to maintain process stability
- Final product inspection to confirm alignment with defined specifications
Tier 2
Post-Production Validation
Conducted after manufacturing to verify and validate performance:
- Daily static testing of selected batches to confirm quality consistency
- Dynamic tests simulating real-world conditions to benchmark performance against industry standards
